                                 Qutab Minar  Delhi
                                   Qutab Minar in Delhi .It is a Tourist place .  Spearing its way proudly into the sky, Qutab Minar with a length of 238 feet,commands a panoramic view of the green fields extending into a sprawling city of Delhi Started in 1192 by the slave king,Qutab -UD-Din Aibak,the tower was built in three stages.Qutab-UD-Din completed the first story while the other three were built by Iltutmish in1230.
Projected balconies supported by stone brackets surround each of the storeys. The  stone brackets are decorated with honeycomb design,more conspicuously in the first story.The tower is further decorated with floral motif and arabesque .Firoz Shah renovated the top floor and added marvel to the building.  



AksharDham Temple Delhi
Akshardham Temple , counted as Delhi Tourist Place is situated in its Part . Akshardham Temple is a beautiful temple in Delhi.It is a masterpiece of India Art and Culture.It is inaugurated on 6th November 2005 and took the effort of more than 11,000 artisans to develop a modern marvel that Worlds's Largest Comprehensive Hindu Temple.It took time almost 5 years to complete nearby the banks of Yamuna and dedicated to Bhagwan Swaminarayan .The architectural design is a copy of the Akshardham Temple in Gandhinagar ,Gujarat,India the chief monument of the Akshardham Temple is about 141 feet high and possesses a grand statue of lord Swaminarayan.



Humayun,s tomb Delhi
Humayun's Tomb is an early example of Mughal architecture built in Delhi.Built in the mid 16th century by his wife Haji Begum.The Tomb is situated south of the Purana Qila, on the eastern edge of Delhi . It is set in the center of a garden in the classical Mughal char Bagh pattern.A high wall surrounds the garden on three sides. The garden is divided into four parts by two bisecting water channels with paved walkways ,which terminate at two gates. Its plan,based on the description of Islamic paradise gardens,is known to have inspired the Taj Mahal.


Hawa Mahal Jaipur
Hawa Mahal is a palace in Jaipur, India,so named because it was essentially a high screen wall.Hawa Mahal is one of the prominent Tourist attraction in Jaipur.The Hawa Mahal structure built by Maharaja Pratap Singh.This five storied building has two large court.The name of the five storeys are Sharad Mandir ,Ratan Mandir ,Vichitra Mandir,Prakash Mandir,the fifth storey is known as Hawa Mahal.



Charminar Hyderabad
Charminar is located in Hyderabad.Charminar built by Mohammad Quli Qutub Shah, the fifth ruler of the Qutub Shahi dynasty and also the founder of the city , in Hijri 1000 (A.D. 1591-92).this is a square  structure measuring 31.95mts,on each side with imposing arches spanning a distance of 11mts. There are four Minarets , each having three storeys, rising to a height of 56 mts. The spiral Stair case inside the Minarets, has 149 steps leading to the top with 12 landing. The Double screen of arches on the aesthetic value.
The notable feature of Charminar is the location of a mosque on the western section of the second floor, probably one of the most beautiful of this period. There are forty five mushallas (prayer spaces) with an open courtyard in front.
The Structure is also know for profuseness of stucco decorations and arrangement of balustades and balconies, The floral designs are varied and delicately execute. It was a synthesis of Mughal and Hindu architecture executed by the local Astisans.
The four Clocks were added later, on the four Cardianal directions in the year 1889, At the base of Charminar was originally a Vaz(Water cistern) at the centre with a small fountain for customary ablution, before offering prayers in the mosque.



Ajanta Ellora Caves,Aurangabad
Ajanta  and Ellora caves known for Hindu, Buddhist and Jain ,Temple built during 6th and 7th,8thand 9th centuries. Ajanta and Ellora is Worlds greastest Historical monumend recognisted by UNESCO located 40km from Jalgaon city of Maharashtra India.In April 1819,John Smith,British Army officer noticed the huge erch of this caves from the view point which ultimately lead to the discovery of Ajanta Ellora Caves.All painting shows religious influence and centre around buddha,Bodhi Sattvas,incidents from the life of Buddha and the Jatakas.The paintings are executed on a ground of mud-plaster in the tempera techque .






Jaisalmer Fort (Jaisalmer)
Jaisalmer Fort is one of the largest fortifications in the Worlds.it is situated in the city of Jaisalmer.The Fort and Town of Jaisalmer was founded by Maharawal Jaisal in the year of 1156AD after having shifted his capital from Ludharva distance 18km away from Jaisalmer.To a safer place.The historical origin of Bahttis can be inferred from the couplet which says that the yadu Rajput ruled and constructed the Fort at Kashi, Mathura, Pragvad, Gajni, Bhartner, Digam, Dirwal,lodurva and ninth in jaisalmer.jaisalmer was  merged into the state of Rajasthan , there was no important changes in the area of the state. On October 6th 1949 ,the region was given the status of an independent district in Jodhpur division.

 HISTORY OF CHAMBA 
 Chamba is an ancient history,which is inseparable from that of the surrounding district of Chamba. The recorded history of the Rajput rules is traced to an eventful named Maru who has said to have moved to northwest India from Kalpagrama around 500 AD.
 However , in 920,  Raja Sahil Varman , king of Bharmour , shifted his capital from Bharmour to more centrally located plateau in the lower Ravi valley, and named the city Champavati, after his daughter. The town has numerous temples and palaces, and hosts to popular jatras(fair), the "Suhi Mata Mela"and the" Minjar Mel", which last for several days of music and dancing. It lasts for 21 days, coinciding with the first day of Baisakhi. Since Raja Sahil Varman , the dynasty ruled without successful Invation for around millennium , until the British gained power. Raja Prithvi Singh (1641-1664), Who was on amiable terms with Emperor Shahjahan was instrumental in introducing the court life styles.
 Geography And Climate  
 Chamba is the headquarters of the chamba district, bordered by jammu and Kashmir to the north -west and west. The town, the district and the valley where the  town is located , share the name of Chamba. The Ravi flows in east-west direction forming deep canyons. During the Spring and Summer months. Panorama of the upper part of the town and mountains surrounding it.
Located on the right bank of the Ravi river valley, built on successive flat terraces , the town is bounded topographically by the Dhauladhar and Zanskar ranges, south of the inner Himalayas.


 

Festivals ,fair and dances

An Important festivals held in Chamba is known as the"Suhi Mata Mela" .It held annually in March-April for four days to commemorate the sacrifice made by the queen of Chamba with her life, to bring water to the town.Another famous festivals held in Chamba is the "Minjar Mela " , held on the second Sunday of the Shravana month, corresponding to the month of August in the Gregorian calendar.
The festival commences with offering of "Minjar", consisting of a bunch of paddy plant and golden silk wrapped in red fabric.
Folk dances and music performances known as 'Kunjari Malhar' are part of the festivities. A solo dance or a dance of two people such as Pharati or Khad -Dumbi is commonly performed during the Nuwala ceremony and other important occasions.

Chamba valley is famous for its grassy ground  known as Chowgan,where every year the festival of Minjar and Sui Mata held.The summer season beginning in the middle of april and lasting till the end of June  has a pleasant climate .The monsoon begins in the month of June and continues till mid -September. The capital city of Indian state of himachal pradesh, Shimla is the most visited hill station in India. Shimla is prodigious place.
The dense forests and snow caped beauty of the Shimla hills is Miraculous. Being located in the Western Himalayas's, Shimla enjoy's a sub-tropical highland climate.

Goes back to period of Anglo of Gurkha war in begining of 19th Century. Gurkha built many forts around Shimla, One of those Citadel's, The JagatGarh fortress, was the origin of modern Jutogh.
